As Director of Ground Operations during a crucial phase of the airline's turnaround plan, I oversaw the introduction of multiple initiatives within Ground Operations including the introduction of new performance metrics and methodologies, combined with the launch of several new performance-focused tools and dashboards.

Additional airport and issue-specific strategies also defined and launched. This delivered a significant and sustained performance improvement across all metrics.
