I led the hugely successful airport delivery of the largest operational change in easyJet's history!

Extensive engagement with the IT development team given the requirement to fully automate the process and rulesets......a detailed system knowledge was critical including a strong knowledge of DCS and flight editing.

The project required a full review of all applicable handling procedures, full definition of the trial programme and operational success criteria, and definition of the full roll-out plan, including operational support and fallback criteria.
